I started a warm up run on the TM with the intention of a good swim workout today. After about 3 minutes of slow jogging warm up (10 minute mile pace), I got bored and decided to do a 5K. Finished right at 28 minutes and cooled down. Felt really good.
I am still working on good timeing for my breaths in the pool. I tried to alternate between right and left side, and had success for about 50 yards. It really didnt go very well. After inhaling a gulp of water and having a coughing attack, I gave up on the workout. Music may have helped today.
