Cycle class today. We did a ton of hills. I was pleased with my gear ups but not my sprints. I wasn't able to keep up my rpms as high as I wanted for all 5 of the 30 second sprints at the end of the workout. I felt to good after the workout that I planned to run a 5K. Every single treadmill, elliptical machine and stair stepper was occupied when class was over. I didnt want to wait. |
