Got to the gym just in time for a cycle class with an instructor I havent had before.  He was awesome.  We did a tough pyramid on high gear, some awesome sprint intervals, and two killer hills.  I was happy with my rpm's and consistency throught the workout with the exception of our sprint intervals.  I need to continue to challenge my fast twitch muscles.

I planned on a swim afterward, but the pool was occupied with a class.
